Ok so I got a great deal on the fancy Laura Poretzky, Abaeté designer shoes at Payless. Now I need an Abaeté dress to match the new shoes.
Boy I tell you, us women come up with all kinds of reasons to go shopping. LOL Well, that is what my DH says. But I don’t see it as an excuse, it’s a necessity. Food, water, clothes… see the connection… necessities.
It’s not often that you see Payless shoes being paired with a Saks Fifth Avenue dresse, but Saks is the premiere place for the latest in Abaeté apparel. The only glitch is my FW budget doesn’t go far at Saks. The best I can probably do is an $18 bar of soap.
But I will not be out done. I have already made up my mind that I am getting this $425 Abaeté Ryan Colorblocked Mini Dress. Now all I have to do is find a way to buy it without sacrificing my light bill.
There is one thing working in my favor right now… the dress is on sale for $255. While that’s a lot better than $425, I think I can get it for less. So I started looking around to figure out how to save at Saks.
And there are actually quite a few ways:
Sign up for Saks email updates and get 10% off my next order
Apply for a Saks World Elite Master card and get 10% off my first day’s purchases plus get a $25 Saks gift card with my first non-Saks purchase
My Saks MasterCard is the first step into getting me in the Saks First club… which grants me access to member only extras
When I use my platinum American Express card, I earn Saks Reward points that I can redeem for Saks gift cards
I can use this 25% coupon, but I only if I can get to the store by the end of the day
Or I can go to OFF 5TH, the Saks outlet, to get huge savings up to 70%
